We have a special interest in evaluating and treating menopausal and peri-menopausal problems that negatively impact your quality of life. We have years of experience in Bioidentical Hormone Therapy in all of its delivery systems including oral, transdermal, injections and pellets insertions to meet our patients individualized needs. These treatments can be very helpful for low libido, painful intercourse, sleep, physical and mental vigor in addition to relieving the more recognized symptoms such as night sweats and hot flashes, sleep problems and mood swings.

Our team helps you make appointments with other specialists using our clout when your conditions are warranted to get as early an appointment as we can. Timothy J. Mooney, M.D.
Dr. Timothy J. Mooney was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a graduate of Tulane University. He obtained his medical degree at LSU Medical Center, New Orleans. He completed his residency in OB/GYN at Alton Oscher Medical Foundation, New Orleans. Dr. Mooney has over twenty-five years experience in women’s health care. Dr. Mooney currently provides all gynecological care with special interest in individualized hormone replacement therapy. He is a founding member of Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital. He served as the initial Chief of Staff at Cypress Pointe and has also served on the Management Board. Dr. Mooney is a board-certified member of the American Board of OB/GYN. He resides in Hammond, LA and enjoys life with his wife, Ann and son, T.J.

Mark Berry, M.D.
Dr. Mark Berry began his OB-GYN practice in Hammond, LA in 1980. After delivering over 3,000 beautiful babies he joined his former partner Dr. Tim Mooney in a GYN only practice in January 2010. He can now give his undivided attention to women who have GYN related problems in a quiet, unhurried setting. He is happily married to Shelly Berry, his wife for over 20 years. They currently reside in Madisonville, LA. Together they have four wonderful children and seven beautiful grandchildren. Dr. Berry and his wife attend Christ Episcopal Church in Covington, LA where he has served on the Vestry. His hobbies include photography, golf and military history.

Our Team
Dana Warden, Office Manager
Dana began working for Dr. Mooney and Dr. Berry in 2010, but has been in the OB/GYN field for 20 years. She takes pride in being able to help the office run smoothly and helping patients with any type of insurance or medical questions. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband Larry and their two children, Bethany and Larry. She spends her weekends going to the movies, camping, and watching her son play soccer.
Wendy Waltzer, Medical Assistant
Wendy was a patient long before starting to work for Dr.Mooney and Dr. Berry in 1996. She finds it very rewarding helping women in our community with all of their gynecological needs. Outside of the office she enjoys attending concerts, watching the Hallmark Channel, anything that has to do with Christmas, and spending time with her loved ones. She especially enjoys spending time with her children, Morgan, Mason, and Rylee.
Laura Nott, Front Office
Laura began working for Dr. Mooney and Dr. Berry soon after high school in 2002. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making them feel like family in a comfortable and caring environment while helping them be seen timely to take care of any issues they may have. She stays busy with her husband TJ and their two children Olivia and Liam. Her favorite vacation spot is going to Tennessee to relax in the Smoky Mountains with her family.
Dorothy Cuccia, RDMS, Ultrasonographer, Laser Technician
Dorothy has been with Dr. Mooney and Dr. Berry since 2011. She has been doing ultrasounds in the Obstetrics/Gynecology field for 29 years. She and her husband Jay have four children, Brittany, Michael, Connor, and Caroline. She enjoys watching Connor play soccer and baseball and Caroline cheer for a local high school. Brittany successfully works in Communications and Michael is very dedicated to the ROTC at his high school. Dorothy enjoys taking family vacations from the ski slopes to the beaches of 30A.
Val Faucheux, RDMS, Ultrasonographer
Valerie began working with Dr. Mooney and Dr. Berry in 2007. She has been an Ultrasonographer for 28 years. When she isn’t working in the office she is in the field doing application services for ultrasound equipment. She enjoys life on the river with her husband Doyle and their dachshund Roux. She loves spoiling their twin granddaughters every chance she gets.
